A fourth Big Ten offer is in for 2013 prospect Kendall Stephens.

According to Coach Mike Mullins of the Illinois Wolves, Illinois is the latest school to offer Stephens, a 6-foot-3 shooting guard from St. Charles (Ill.) East High School.

Stephens already has offers from DePaul, Northwestern and Wisconsin.
