Williams recently scored 38 points in a game against Minnetonka and averages 23 points, eight rebounds and four blocks a game.
"For me personally, this has been my best year," Williams said. "Scoring wise, rebounding wise, defensively, it's all been better…It's because I have to."
Williams said he has offers from Minnesota, Miami, Wisconsin, Iowa, Iowa State, and Bradley while Kansas, Illinois and Arizona are interested.
"I think about it all the time," Williams said of the recruiting process.
He has thought about it so much, three schools have made an impression with him early on.
"Wisconsin, Minnesota and Miami stand out," Williams said. "I'm getting the most mail from them and they've come down to see me play this year."
Williams said he hopes to make a decision before the busy July evaluation period.
