Garden Grove, Calif. - One of the top guards in 2017, Paul Scruggs recently cut his list to eight schools. Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisville, Michigan State, Ohio State, and Xavier as still in the mix.

Rivals.com caught up with Scruggs at UA Association session three to talk in-homes, recent visits and when he ultimately wants to make his decision.
