Josh Green has solidified his standing as one of the top guard prospects in the 2019 class. A 6-foot-4 versatile, athletic and skilled prospect, Green boasts offers from some of the top programs nationwide.

A native of Australia who entered the United States two years ago, Green currently holds offers from Oregon, Kansas, Arizona, TCU, UCLA and others. While no program stands out, the Rivals150 guard has done his best to take things in stride.

“I have had a lot of great conversations with coaches but I know things can change at any time,” he said. “I have been working on my game and improving myself so when it comes for my college decision, I will be ready.”

IN HIS OWN WORDS

Green spoke on three programs that have already offered.

Arizona: “It was amazing getting the offer. The coaching staff is a bunch of great people. The campus itself is amazing. I have been there a couple of times for a few of their games; the atmosphere is just unbelievable. Overall, it is just a great school with a great tradition.”

UCLA: “They offered me in the beginning of July. It is definitely a great school. They have a great tradition. It is definitely a school that a lot of kids would love to have the chance to go to. Everything about it is good.”

Kansas: “Kansas offered me three weeks ago. It is a great opportunity. It is a blue blood school and it just humbled me to have that type of opportunity. It has a big tradition that has done a great job in the past, coaching wise and playing wise.”

WHAT'S NEXT?

Green does not have any future visits set up at this point as his priority is getting settled in at IMG Academy.

RIVALS' REACTION

Green has continued to evolve into the entire package in the backcourt. Showcasing an excellent feel, playmaking skills and athleticism, Green has also begun to display a much improved jumper from 15-feet and out.

Ranked No. 28 in the 2019 Rivals150, Green's stock continues to soar as more programs jump in with offers. UNLV has the chance to remain in the picture thanks to his brother, Jay Green, playing there. Now that Green is on the East Coast, expect for a handful of other power programs to enter the picture as his recruitment is leaning towards a blueblood affair.
