Four-star Hill changes course

Solomon Hill's commitment to USC after the early signing period never seemed to be on the firmest ground. Late Saturday night the commitment did fall apart as the four-star prospect from Los Angeles Fairfax decided to sign with another school.
After speaking with Coach Sean Miller at Arizona and Coach John Calipari at Kentucky, Hill has decided to join Miller's new program at Arizona. Back in the summer Hill originally committed to Arizona, but after the instability in the program following Lute Olson's retirement, Hill backed out of his commitment.

"The way things look, I'm headed to Arizona," Hill, a 6-foot-6, 195-pound small forward, texted Rivals.com. "I like Coach Miller and the new situation. There is a stable base at Arizona, and it's looking good there."
Hill, the No. 28 ranked prospect, is Coach Miller's second commitment after taking the Arizona job, joining four-star big man Kyryl Natyazhko, who also committed on Saturday night.
Solomon Hill scouting report:
Besides being a physical defender and rebounder, Hill also a steady ball handler. Along with creating plays with his ball handling in the open court, Hill also has an intriguing ability to attack the basket with a quick first step and then find the open man on the perimeter with a kick-out pass. As a scorer his three-point shot is improving, but he is best when headed towards the basket. In the end, what makes him so valuable is Hill's ability to play any position from point guard to power forward depending on the match up.
