Four-star guard Eric Hunter a Midwest priority
MEQUON, Wisc. – One of the top scorers in the Midwest, four-star shooting guard Eric Hunter is looking to transition his game.
After a strong season at Indianapolis (Ind.) Tindley where he won a state title, Harris is looking to show this spring with Team Harris/Indiana Pros that he can play the point as well.
"I think I'm becoming more of a point guard," Hunter told Rivals.com. "I've really been working on my passing game. Everybody knows that I can put the ball in the basket; I just want to show that I can lead the team."

Hunter certainly doesn't lack for interest. During the late summer and through the winter he embarked on what he called an "unofficial visit world tour" making stops at Purdue, Michigan, Nebraska, Creighton, Indiana, Butler and Xavier among others.
The high scoring and versatile guard is also starting to feel like a priority to some.
Because of its deep NCAA Tournament run, Xavier got some extra viewing time from Hunter.
"I was watching them very closely as I am with anybody else," Hunter said. "But since they were playing I'm watching more. They are a really good program obviously."
Home state Indiana hasn't offered yet, but new coach Archie Miller has indicated to Hunter that he's going to watch closely and will look to build a relationship.
"For me I'm taking it like it's going to be a totally new school recruiting me," Hunter said of Indiana. "It's a whole new staff and I'm taking them as another school that I need to look into."
Content to play out the spring and summer and see what happens, Hunter is in no rush to make a decision and as it stands he's looking to use all five official visits that will be available to him.
"I plan on cutting things down sometime after the summer or in the early fall," he said. "Right now I'm planning to use all five official visits."
