Forward no longer SEC bound

As the coaching carousel turns, so does the recruiting world. With Rod Barnes out and Andy Kennedy in at Ole Miss, a 2008 Rebel commitment is no longer bringing his services to Oxford. Forward Jeremy Robinson told Rivals.com that he is opening his recruitment up.
Robinson committed to the SEC school as a little known freshman from Oxford. His relationship with Barnes and assistant Tracy Dildy played a major role in Robinson's decision.

"I was looking forward to playing for coach Barnes and coach Dildy but when coach Barnes was fired, I decided to open it back up," Robinson said. "I want to see who else comes at me."
The 6-foot-8, 220-pound forward moved from Mississippi to Eisenhower High School in Decatur, Illinois this year and enjoyed a solid sophomore campaign in his half season there. He averaged 16 points, nine rebounds and three blocks a game.
Robinson will suit up for Team Indiana 16U on the AAU circuit. He is hoping to open the eyes of recruiters and play himself into another high-major conference offer.
"I'm really just trying to get my name out there again," Robinson said. "I think when I committed, a lot of schools decided to not recruit me. I understand that. Now I want them to know that I'm open again."
"I'm open to anybody really. I want to play at a good Division I school, somewhere that sends players to the NBA and somewhere that I can play in the NCAA tournament. I don't really have any favorites. I'll go wherever."
