Former Cal commit Baker headed to Kentucky
Jemarl Baker popped for Kentucky on Tuesday, becoming the sixth commitment in the class of 2017.
Baker is a 6-foot-3, 190-pound shooting guard from Corona, Calif. and was originally committed to California. Because he committed so early to the Golden Bears there wasn't much hype surrounding his recruitment, but once Cuonzo Martin left California for Missouri, Baker became a popular name on the recruiting trail.
