Forbes Has One More Event
Gary Forbes, a 6-6, 190-pound junior swingman from Benjamin Banneker Academy in Brooklyn, New York who also plays with the Riverside Church program, has one more stop this summer before school starts. He's headed to Five Star Honesdale at the end of August.
Forbes is still at five schools. "I'll be taking official visits to North Carolina State, Notre Dame, UConn, Virginia and Georgia Tech in September and October," he said. "Nothing's scheduled yet." He's looking to make a decision in November.

"I'll be looking at the campus life, for minorities and overall," he said. "I want to be part of a hard-working team that's in the gym a lot."
RivalsHoops.com's number 47 player in the class of 2003 was at the Eastern Invitational camp this past week where he was named to the all-star team. "It was a regular camp;" he said. "Sweatshop and stations."
Forbes said he has a 2.9 GPA and will be taking the SAT in October. "I'm looking to major in business and social work," he added.
