Fofana Adds School To List

Hassan Fofana, a 6-9, 260-pound center from Hargrave Military Academy in Virginia, had previously narrowed his list down to 12 schools. But he has decided to add another high major to his list. Fofana, according to a source close to Hassan, added Connecticut back to his list. Our source says that Connecticut will be in next Monday to take an in school visit with Fofana.

Fofana had narrowed the field to Ohio State, Maryland, Purdue, Virginia, Wisconsin, Cornell, Stanford, Boston College, Memphis, Texas Tech, Michigan, and St. John's.

Fofana, who hails from West Africa, played this summer for the the Middlesex Magic. Fofana is an active and aggressive 260 pounder. He returned to Africa on July 27 and returned on September 5th.

Fofana previously said he had scholarship offers from UMass, Rhode Island, Michigan State, Ohio State, Purdue, Wisconsin, Clemson, Florida State, Maryland, Virginia, Wake Forest, Boston College, UConn and Notre Dame.
