Guard
Cincinnati, Ohio
ABCD Stats: 6.9 points, 1.9 rebounds, 0.5 assists, 0.5 steals, 0.1 blocks
ABCD Performance: Robert Hite, an explosive 6-2, 180 pound off guard from Winton Woods H.S. in Cincinnati, Ohio, averaged 18 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals per game as a junior at Winton Woods.
He showed some offensive punch in three particular games, scoring in double figures. Hit shot fine from the floor at 44.2 percent but had trouble dropping down the three-pointer, hitting only three of 12. He is a bouncy athlete who can use either hand, Hite can play above the rim. His strength is his short-mid range perimeter game than a long distance one.
Following the ABCD Camp, Hite will attend Five-Star Pitt III and the AAU Nationals in Florida with Ozie Davis' Queen City Prophets program.
What Hite Needs To Do: A little more range on his jumper will keep people from sagging off of him when he tries to make his move to the basket. But he has the makings of being a very good lead guard on the college level.
