Florida lands 2013 point guard

The clock hadn't even struck midnight before Billy Donovan and the Florida Gators got to celebrate on New Year's Eve.
First, the Gators romped over visiting Yale in an early afternoon game. Shortly after the final buzzer, the Gators scored a recruiting victory when Kasey Hill verbally committed.

A highly celebrated Class-of-2013 point guard, the 6-foot-1 Hill from Montverde (Fla.) Academy has long been considered a lean to Florida.
Still, there's a big difference between somebody being a lean and making the full plunge into a commitment and that's what Hill did during a conversation with Donovan after the game.
Well known since before his high school years, Hill is an athletic floor general. He prefers to attack off the dribble and probe defenses from within the lane.
Hill currently ranks No. 27 nationally in the class of 2013 and is a four-star prospect.
