Undecided five-star small forward Ziaire Williams arrived at a decision on Sunday and Jerod Haase and Stanford have to be feeling pretty good about how their Easter Sunday unfolded.

A 6-foot-8 wing at Chatsworth (Calif.) Sierra Canyon who ranks No. 6 in the class of 2020, Williams announced that he has picked the Cardinal over Arizona, North Carolina, UCLA and USC.

The first major program to prioritize Williams, the academics, program most importantly the relationship that the Stanford staff built over time always left a strong impression on Williams.

"It's not only about the academics," Williams told Rivals.com of Stanford during his senior season. "They have a good up and coming program that's on the rise. I have a great relationship with coach Haase. He sent me a personal hand written letter for each of the 365 days last year so I have shoeboxes of handwritten letters. He's my guy."

To say that Williams is a huge score for Stanford is an understatement.

To go along with his tremendous size and his above average athleticism, Williams has big time skill. He has post game, owns arguably the best mid range pullup in the senior class and he's developing into a good outside shooter. A fine defender, as well, Williams has often been compared to Paul George and the comparison is a pretty good one in terms of his playing style.

His stay in college isn't likely to be longer than one year, but if Tyrell Terry the addition of Williams gives the Cardinal their best team in years and one that will have the tools to make some noise in the NCAA Tournament.

The addition of Williams moves Stanford's class to No. 14 overall as he joins four-star forward Max Murrell, three-star forward Brandon Angel and three-star shooting guard Noah Taitz.
