After officially visiting Duke over the weekend, the 6-foot-3 senior guard at Highland (Utah) Lone Peak informed Rivals.com that he will announce his college decision Tuesday afternoon during a ceremony at his high school.
One of the most electric playmakers in the class of 2016, Jackson recently narrowed his list to Duke, BYU (where he was once committed), Stanford and Utah.
Currently ranked No. 10 in the Rivals150, Jackson is an explosive athlete who can get to the rim as well as anybody in the nation. He has a dynamic mid-range game and has the size, athleticism and ball skills to play as either a point or shooting guard on the college level.
Though Jackson hasn't named any favorites, the buzz throughout the summer was that the Blue Devils were putting themselves in a good position to land his commitment. That he has decided to announce almost immediately after finishing up his trip to Durham bodes quite well for Mike Krzyzewski and his staff.
