Five-star Brian Bowen hearing from a couple new schools, nearing a decision

Krysten is a former DII basketball player but sometimes tells top recruits she played at UConn to see the look on their face. She's also completed a marathon on every continent (yes, even Antarctica).

Torrance, Calif - Five-star Brian 'Tugs' Bowen is one of three top players still uncommitted in the 2017 class. While he has an established list of Michigan State, Arizona, Creighton, Texas and NC State, He says he's started to talk to Oregon and Florida State too. "At this point I'm just weighing all my options. It's all about me picking the right school. Every program has given me their best pitch and now it's just about when I want to make my decision," Bowen said.

Bowen is looking at the whole picture of how the classes develop and that includes what's happening at Michigan State and Arizona. "Miles Bridges returning to MSU caught me off guard a little bit but really I'm not that surprised he decided to stay." And on the Arizona front he's waiting to see what Rawle Alkins does in the draft. "I'm looking at that as well," Bowen said. "It's just wherever I feel is the best fit for me."

Tugs said when he nears a decision he'll post an announcement date on his twitter.
