Ewing Has Offers

Patrick Ewing, Jr., a 6-8, 215 pound combination forward from National Christian Academy in Ft. Washington, Md., is being looked at this fall by some elite level programs.
NCA Head Coach Trevor Brown told Rivalshoops.com that Texas, Georgetown and DePaul have tendered scholarship offers to the promising senior big man, while Louisville, Memphis and Virginia are also quite interested in the Peach State native.

*DePaul recently landed a couple of players to finish out its class. However, the Demons are still keeping an eye on Ewing as well as other players in the 2003 class.
The son of legendary ex-Knicks center Patrick Ewing, "Junior" transferred into NCA this fall after attending high school in Marietta, Ga., last year.
After a humdrum spring with the Georgia Stars, Ewing opened many eyes with his terrific play last month at Charlie Weber Invitational in College Park, Md. He displayed a very diverse, inside and out game, showcasing perimeter skills that many people never knew existed.
Brown said that Ewing won't sign until the spring, and you can count on Rivalshoops.com to keep you posted on "Junior's" recruitment until that time, so stay tuned!
