Evaluations From Five Star

The following are some evaluations from the recent Five Star camp. The opinions in this story are not necessarily those of any member of the Insiders Report (Mike Sullivan, Russ Blake, Steve Smith or Denny Conroy) ...
Cedric Hensley – Cleveland, TX – The man who scored 101 points in a game. He scored in bunches in the all-star game. When Cedric gets a rhythm going, he is tough to stop.

La’Trell Applewhite – Alief, TX – La’Trell is a postgraduate looking for a place to go. He is a 6-2 shooting guard who is streaky. If he gets it going, he will give you four or five buckets in a row.
Dan Oppland the 6-8 upcoming SR from Whitfield H.S. (St. Louis, MO) has been
very impressive. On Sunday, Dan poured in 51 points and 26 rebounds in his two games.
A game at Five Star is a stop-time four 8 minute quarters. So it is about 24 minutes a game for each player.
Oppland followed that up with 66 points and 30+ rebounds yesterday. Dan plays for Gateway and will be at ADIDAS camp in early July in Teaneck, New Jersey.
Logan Lee 6-2 SR John Marshall (San Antonio, TX) was also very impressive at the Five Star camp. We will have more details on his camp later on this site.
