Eric Davis Makes A Decision

Eric Davis, a 6-9, 215 pound power forward from Bonner Academy in Raleigh, N.C., committed to Seton Hall tonight. Davis had been offered scholarships this summer by a number of high major programs.
Davis previously told us that LaSalle, UMass, St. Joseph's, Temple, Miami, Rutgers, Seton Hall, and Charlotte had offered.

Davis (pictured right), who played this past summer with the T5T Playaz Red/#2 squad in Las Vegas at the adidas Big Time Tournament, started out the summer at the adidas ABCD Camp in Teaneck, N.J.
Davis played last season at Camden H.S. in Camden, N.J. At Camden last season, Davis averaged 10 points, eight rebounds and four blocks per game.
Davis is one of those players who passes the look test, but his play and consistency level often varies from event to event. He is long and mobile, and covers the court effortlessly with graceful strides. But his upper body needs to continue to add strength.
This is a nice get for the Pirates' program. Davis has some nice upside and seemed to be developing nicely this summer under Jimmy Salmon's AAU program.
