English ends his recruitment
Kim English just needed to see Missouri. And the Baltimore native saw plenty of it, even long past the sun went down.
The 6-foot-5 wing from Baltimore via Notre Dame Prep (Mass.) said he enjoyed everything that the Tigers had to offer.

"Before I went there, I was kind of bias toward them. I kind of thought to myself that I would be going there just by reading about them on the Internet. When I got there made me feel at home. I met the coaches' families and their kids. We laughed and felt right at home," English said.
"I had a chance to hang out with Keon Lawrence and DeMarre Carroll and they said that they have 24-hour access. That's cool with me because I like to play at weird times. We shot until 2:30 in the morning and played one on one and loved that. That facility is crazy…it is state of art."
Missouri has been in the race for English's recruitment since the summer.
"They have been recruited me since the Eastern Invitational and that's probably the longest of all of the major programs. That was big and they wanted me to come in for the football game next weekend but I didn't want anyone to take my scholarship because I liked them. I got that scholarship."
English said his style of play is a perfect fit for Mike Anderson's style of play.
"It's perfect. That's how we play with my AAU team," English said. "When it's tight in the fourth quarter, we practice at this pace; this full throttle pace, put the dagger in them and get the dog out of in them style of play. Killer instinct and go for it all."
