E.J. Gordon Is Explosive Offensively

E.J. Gordon, a 6-3, 185 pound slasher deluxe from Deland H.S. in Deland, Fla., was Nike Team Florida's leading scorer at the recent Nike Memorial Day Classic in Bloomington, Ind.
Gordon, an explosive athlete who attacks the rim with reckless abandon, averaged 15.7 points in three pool play games for Team Florida. While he no doubt needs to improve his outside shot, Gordon is very effective at getting to the rim and the charity stripe on a consistent basis.

Gordon told the Insiders Report that Clemson has emerged as his early leader, but that he has also seen interest from South Florida, Central Florida and Stetson.
Gordon averaged 18.3 points, 12.6 rebounds, five assists, three steals and one block per game as a junior at Deland H.S. He said he has a 3.0 GPA but has yet to take either the SAT or ACT.
Gordon plans on attending the Nike All-American Camp in Indianapolis this summer, then he will attend the AAU Super Showcase and possibly the AAU Nationals in Florida with Team Florida.
