Donald Sexton: Combo Guard With Nice Touch

Donald Sexton, a 6-1 combo guard from Oneida High School in Oneida, Tennessee, is a solid player who plays during the summer for Charlie Benson's Tennessee Travelers.
Sexton played well when we saw him last at the Blue Cross/Blue Shield of North Carolina tournament of champions event held two weekends ago.

Sexton moved well without the basket and when he was given an opportunity to shoot the basketball, he was effective. He banged down four three-pointers when we saw him at the Gibbons tournament.
He appears to have a nice touch on his shot and is willing and confident in taking it. Sexton won his district's MVP and was all state. He is also an excellent student. Sexton has a 3.8 GPA and a 24 on the ACT.
Currently, he is being looked at seriously by Western Carolina, South Alabama, ETSU, Carson-Newman, and Morehead State. He is wide open right now in his recruiting process.
We will continue to give you reports on Sexton. He is a nice player that bears taking more looks to determine how high a level he can go.
