Donald Copeland Still Open
Donald Copeland, a quick 5-9, 155 pound point guard from St. Anthony's H.S. in Jersey City, N.J., averaged 10 points, 5 assists last season as a junior
playing alongside two other Division I caliber players in Bobby Hurley's backcourt -- St. John's commit Elijah Ingram and Dwayne Lee.

"I haven't taken any visits yet. I'm not sure when I'm going to take them," Copeland said. "I'll probably decide toward the end of the season. Hopefully some more schools will get involved."
Donald carries a 3.0 GPA in the classroom, and scored 850 on the SAT. Copeland is an extremely efficient playmaker who makes few mistakes. He consistently finds the open man and impressed Rivals Hoops considerably with his decision-making both in transition and in half-court sets.
Do not be deceived by the lack of gaudy numbers. Copeland shares a Friar
backcourt with a potential McDonald's All-American and another outstanding guard.
