Dominic James will always have fond memories of the trip he took to Italy during spring break of his junior year. The 5-foot-10, 165-pound combo guard from Richmond High School in Richmond, IN., will be back in Indiana later tonight, but will never forget the experience of playing against foreign competition with Team Ohio.

“I didn’t have much time to talk to Dominic while he was in Italy, but I do know that he had a wonderful trip,” Richmond High School Head Coach Chad Bosler said. “I know that he played pretty good and was named MVP of one game. I have been trying to follow the games on the internet, but everything is written in Italian, so I do not understand much of it.”
With James set to return late on Monday, several head coaches’ have already scheduled in-home/in-school visits for the month of April. As it stands right now, four schools are set to visit the No. 52 ranked player on the Rivals100 list.
“Ohio State, Marquette, Purdue and Iowa are the schools planning to come in and visit Dominic,” Coach Bosler said. “We are still working out a few details with Purdue, but it looks like they will be one of the schools coming in. Other schools are in the process of trying to schedule a date that works for Dominic, so we should know more at the end of this week.”
