Dickerson Improving Game

One player who has impressed us this spring with his improvement from the wing is 6-5, 218 pound Renardo Dickerson of Milford Academy in Milford, Conn.
The stocky Baltimore native was always more of an undersized and physical power player, but the southpaw has honed a pretty reliable three point shot since leaving Southern H.S. for Milford last fall.

Dickerson has played with Joe Connelly's Baltimore Blue program this spring, and he played well at both the Playaz Spring Fling in New Jersey as well as the recent Charlie Weber Spring Invitational at Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
The Insiders Report/Rivalshoops.com had a chance to catch up with Dickerson recently, and he gave us an early glimpse into his recruitment.
Dickerson said that Connecticut, UMass, LaSalle and Loyola of Chicago have expressed the most early interest in him. Expect to see him with Baltimore Blue on the Nike circuit this fall, but the fact that he will be a fifth-year senior next year will likely preclude his invitation from the big shoe camps like Nike and adidas.
While Dickerson will not be an elite prospect in the Class of 2003, scouts and coaches will no doubt be impressed by his tenacity and willingness to do what it takes to help his club win ball games.
Dickerson took the ACT back on Apr. 6.
Rivalshoops.com will keep you posted on Dickerson this spring and into the summer evaluation period, so stay tuned to this site as the weather and recruiting information heats up!
