Denham Brown, a 6-6, 210-pound talented swingman from West Hill Collegiate in Toronto, Ontario, finished up an unofficial visit to Connecticut this past weekend. One of his coaches, Wayne Dawkins, drove Brown as well as another player, Andrew Carpenter from Canada to the States for this visit.
Brown arrived on the Connecticut campus during the early afternoon hours, according to Dawkins and left in the early evening hours. It appeared that he spent about four hours on campus.

Brown watched some tapes of the Connecticut team and took a tour around the UCONN campus. He had the opportunity to meet with each of the Connecticut coaches.
The farm, becoming more popular on these trips by recruits to the Connecticut campus, was a hit again -- this time with Brown. Yesterday, Connecticut hosted Jason Fraser on this same path.
It was not clear what Dawkins was going to do next on this trip. Boston College and Rutgers are both hoping that Brown makes an unofficial visit to their campuses too. Dawkins has family in New York and is likely to stop along the way down South.
Brown did not verbal on the trip but we will keep you posted on the reminder of this drive from North to South and back North for Brown and his coach.
Brown listed six schools as his top choices, a much shorter list than he had during the summer -- Connecticut, Kansas, Virginia, Villanova, Rutgers, and Boston College.
