Deng/Ebi Matchup Dropped

The schedules may say that Ndudi Ebi's Westbury Christian squad and Luol Deng's (right) Blair Academy team will meet on Sunday afternoon at the Prime Time Shootout, but Rivalshoops.com has learned that the much anticipated match up won't happen at this weekend's event.

Westbury Christian will not be attending the Prime Time, and instead, has been replaced by Mt. Zion Christian Academy of North Carolina. As a result, Blair will be squaring off against Mt. Zion on Sunday at 3:00 p.m., instead of Westbury Christian.

RivalsHoops.com spoke to Blair Head Coach Joe Mantegna this past weekend, and he confirmed the scheduling change. So it looks like we'll have to wait for a college match up between Duke (Deng) and Arizona (Ebi), or maybe even an NBA battle down the line, to see these two talented players go head to head (then again, there's always the McDonald's game in March!).
