DC Prospect Has 3 Major Offers

Manny Quezada, a 6-foot-1, 178-pound combo guard from St. Albans Academy in Washington, D.C., has attracted the interest of some high major programs with his play during the last month.
Quezada, a wiley and offensive-minded guard, stated that he has offers from Providence, Dayton, and Western Kentucky. He said that Stanford is seriously interested, but he still needs to apply to the school, and mentioned Georgia Tech as another school that is high on his list and "is close" to offering. Quezada had previously mentioned Vanderbilt, St. Joe's, Delaware, Drexel, and others whom he is considering, as well.

"My list is basically the same," said Quezada. "I'll probably visit Dayton and Providence(in September), and maybe Georgia Tech. I want to decide early."
Quezada, a native of New York City, competed with the CAS Warriors throughout July, participating in the Three Stripes Tournament in Neptune, New Jersey, the Charlie Weber Tournament, Las Vegas Big Time, and Best of Summer.
Quezada is a scorer, first and foremost. He can knock down the jumper and is adept at darting through traffic, where he can finish with both hands. Quezada has good court awareness and is a capable passer. He will need to get stronger for Division I play.
Manny has scored 1060 on the SAT and carries a B average in the classroom.
