Davis Qualifies Is Open
Cortez Davis, the 6-7, 190 pound small forward from Laurinburg Institute in North Carolina, is now qualified academically. Memphis is coming in tomorrow, according to his coach, Chris Chaney.
Fresno State is also involved along with Miami of Florida. Those are his top three schools.

Davis, who had given a verbal commitment to nearby Maryland last June 21st but recinded that decision later, had considered at one time in his recruiting process Kentucky, Texas, Miami, Georgia Tech, Villanova and Rutgers.
Davis played last summer with the Potomac Valley Blue Devils. He attended the Nike Invitational in Indianapolis in July. Davis is a proficient slasher who often presents matchup problems for opponents due to his height and quickness.
