David Hiltons Recruiting Picks Up

David Hilton, a quick 5-11, 160 pound point guard from Chipola J.C. in Marianna, Fla., is starting to see his recruitment pick up this fall.
Chipola Head Coach Ryan Cross told JUCO Junction/Rivalshoops.com that he has heard from Long Beach State, Maine, Hofstra, Manhattan, East Carolina and Georgia Southern regarding Hilton.

Hilton, a New York City native, transferred into Chipola this fall after spending his freshman campaign at the University of Hawaii, where he was a member of the Rainbow Warriors' NCAA participant last March.
A true point guard blessed with a solid handle and very good quickness, Hilton is a good on the ball defender. At this stage, he is not a great offensive player.
Last year at Hawaii, he started 18 games as a freshman, averaging 2.3 points and 2.7 assists per game. He appeared in 22 of the Rainbow Warriors' 31 games.
Hilton will sign in the spring, and we will keep you posted on his recruitment as the junior college season unfurls.
