Cutley Slices List Down To 3

Scott Cutley, a resourceful 6-5, 230 pound power/combo forward from Westchester H.S. in Los Angeles, Calif., has sliced his list down to three colleges this fall.
Cutley told Rivalshoops.com that he is down to Portland, Kent State and Loyola Marymount.

Cutley will take his final trip to Kent State in another week and a half (Nov. 1-3). He has already toured the campuses at LMU (Oct. 11-13) and Portland (Oct. 17-19), and came away with some distinct impressions of those two West Coast Conference programs.
"I really enjoyed my hosts at Portland, Eugene Jeter and Donald Wilson, because they are two guys from L.A.," Cutley said. "And LMU is like home for me."
Earlier this fall, Cutley took his first official visit to Colorado, but the Buffs are no longer involved in Scott's recruiting process.
Cutley, a rugged forward who battles and scraps for loose balls in the paint, is a glue type player who could really help a program at the mid-major level. He does a lot of little things that simply don't show up in the box score, although he won't overwhelm you with speed or athleticism.
Cutley expects to make a decision shortly after the completion of his Kent State trip, and Rivalshoops.com will keep you posted on his situation, so stay tuned.
