Cook Has 3 Major Offers
Mike Cook, a 6-3, 210 pound shooting guard/swingman from Philadelphia, Penn., is spending a postgraduate year at the New Hampton School in New Hampton, N.H.
Iowa State, East Carolina, Rhode Island have offered Cook, while Memphis and Marquette are interested

Cook will visit East Carolina from Oct. 18-20, trying to decide whether or not he will visit Iowa State. Both of those schools are interested in signing Cook early, according to Arsenault.
Last year, Cook enjoyed a terrific season at Friends Central H.S. in Wynnewood, Penn., and also played quite well on the travel team circuit with both the Hunting Pa Warriors and Positive Image.
A sturdily built wing player, Cook is a good athlete who is adept at attacking the rim and finishing drives to the basket. The consistency of his three point shot and weight have been probably the two biggest concerns regarding Cook, although Arsenault said he has made strides in both areas this fall.
