Combo Guard Has 3 Near Top

The administrators of the Howard Pulley program speak highly of Darren Clarke, a 6-4, 200-pound combo guard from Hopkins High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Clarke plays on a team that also features Duke-bound forward Kris Humphries and highly regarded Dan Coleman, who recently made a commitment to the Boston College program.
Clarke, along with Coleman, will be at the Rumble in the Bronx in two weeks while Humphries has decided to bypass the traditionally tough tournament. Last year, the Howard Pulley program defeated several top AAU programs from the talent drenched area of New York City as well as many other top teams from the South. Pulley won the tournament while Jeff Halbert won the MVP.

According to the administrators of the Howard Pulley program, Clarke is being looked at by several schools, especially in the Midwest part of the country. UNLV, Marquette, and Minnesota appear to be three schools Clarke is most interested in but he is also open in his recruiting process.
RivalsHoops.com will be covering the Rumble in the Bronx tournament in two weeks and will provide reports on Clarke and his teammates each day of the event.
