Cliff Brown Has List Of Schools

Cliff Brown, a 6-6, 225 pound power forward from Ferndale H.S. in Ferndale, Mich., turned in a solid week of play at the adidas ABCD Camp and the Three Stripes Classic at Hofstra University last weekend.
Brown, who played with the Hornets' squad at the ABCD camp, got many of his points in transition by running the floor and scoring inside. He's got soft touch for an undersized big man, and he'll need to continue working on his perimeter skills if he is to make the transition to the small forward slot at the college level.

Brown told the Insiders Report that he is a primary target of many Mid-American Conference programs, and has been offered scholarships by Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Kent State, Toledo and Western Michigan. He's also being looked at seriously by Drake and Wichita State, although Iowa State and Michigan State expressed some interest in him while he was at ABCD.
Brown averaged 24.9 points, 13.9 rebounds, 3.2 assists and two steals per game as a junior at Ferndale. He said he has a 2.5 GPA and took the ACT for the first time on June 9.
Brown played at last week's Three Stripes Classic following the ABCD Camp with the Inland/Team Detroit squad.
He will likely be headed out west next week with Rodney Heard's Team Detroit program.
