The Big East may have a new look to it, but it doesn't appear that the quality of recruits coming into the conference will drop off much, if any.
Seton Hall surprised many by securing the conference's top-ranked recruiting class, but they are hardly the only school bringing in talented prospects.
Overall, most of the schools in the Big East signed recruiting classes during the early signing period that can help their programs in the future. Seton Hall looks to be in line for the most immediate help with the 10th ranked recruiting class coming in. They are joined by Georgetown (No. 11), Xavier (No. 14), Marquette (No. 19), and Providence (No. 21) in the top 30 of Rivals.com team recruiting rankings.
In total, 21 Rivals150 members inked with Big East programs during the early signing period. Only one of those Rivals150 members, Seton Hall signee
Isaiah Whitehead (No. 14 overall), is considered a five-star prospect by Rivals.com. The bulk of the Rivals150 prospects headed to the Big East this year are four-star prospects, with 15 of them coming in. Georgetown signee
Isaac Copeland, the 37th ranked prospect, is the highest among the four-stars. Copeland's fellow Georgetown signee
Tre Campbell is the highest ranked among the five three-star Rivals150 members, coming in at 115th overall.
