Clarke Looking At Highs

Darren Clarke, a 6-4, 200-pound combo guard from Hopkins High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, played this past week for the Howard Pulley Blue team. The Blue team landed in the quarterfinals of the Showcase before losing to the Georgia Elite in double overtime.
Clarke had some solid moments for Pulley. He showed range on his jumper but will need to establish more consistency from long range.

Clarke told us after yesterday's tough loss that he likes Illinois, Marquette, and Wisconsin. Clarke appears to want to see if he can land at a high major.
Clarke, who averaged 20 points, six assists, and five rebounds last year as a junior, told us he isn't sure when he will decide. "I have to get back home and see who is interested," Clarke said. "I am open. I just want to go to a place where I have a chance to play too."
