Clarke breaks down final four

RANKINGS: Class of 2014 - 2015 - 2016
Four-star forward Chris Clarke's final season playing with Boo Williams helped vault him from being a relatively under-the-radar recruit to a highly regarded prospect on the national level. The more coaches watched him, the more scholarship offers he collected.

After taking a close look at all his options, Clarke decided Connecticut, Creighton, Tennessee and Virginia Tech were the schools with which he felt the most comfortable. He's taken official visits to each and reviewed each school for Rivals.com.
Connecticut: "I saw all their facilities, met with their academic advisors, and watched the team work out. They have very talented players there and a great coaching staff. It's a winning program."
Creighton: "It's a family atmosphere there. They have great team chemistry there. The coaching staff is great and they develop people well. They tell me they have a great fanbase and their arena is always full."
Tennessee: "They have great fan support is well and are in a Power Five conference. They have a great team and great coaching. They recruited me from right when Coach [Donnie] Tyndall got the job and recruited me really hard. They have been straight-forward with me about how I would fit in at Tennessee."
Virginia Tech: "They have been on me since Coach Buzz [Williams] got the job. They have been talking to me about how the program is on the rise and how I could be a major piece to it."
With his official visits behind him, the next and final step in the recruiting process is to make a verbal commitment to one of the schools.
"I've started thinking about the schools more, but I don't have a set time to decide. I'll just do it whenever it feels right. It could be this week, but I'm not sure."
While he may not know when he'll make his college choice, he does have a good idea of what he's looking for.
"I'm looking for a winning program or a program I see that is on the rise. I want to go somewhere I can win. I want a great coach that can develop me and help me get to the next level. I want to go somewhere with good fan support and that gets good exposure. I want to major in sports broadcasting or journalism."
