Change of heart for small forward

Normally at this time of year, we're reporting about and reading about kids committing to places. This time around, though, DeAndre Daniels is making a decision in the other direction.
After committing to the University of Texas a little over a year ago, the 6-foot-8 small forward has had a change of heart and will re-open his recruitment according to several sources close to the prospect.

Now, a de-commitment by Daniels isn't all that much of a surprise. Rumors have swirled for almost a year now that the 6-foot-8 small forward from Woodland Hills (Calif.) Taft would be backing out of his decision. But, Daniels spent the summer denying them and saying that he's still solid.
For now, it's too early to tell which schools will be involved and Daniels and those in his camp are laying low for the time being. However, expect many of the nation's top programs to look to get involved with the nation's 10th ranked player.
