Central Florida continues in-state hot streak
During July's AAU Nationals on Disney's Wide World of Sports campus, the Central Florida coaching staff watched closely as Rod Days and Wayne Martin squared off in a late evening game. Thanks to Saturday's commitment from Martin, the UCF staff can now count both players as future Knights.
A skilled 6-foot-7 forward from Jacksonville (Fla.) Providence with athleticism who can play some at either the three or the four, Martin decided to pull the trigger during a Saturday visit to Orlando.
With Martin now on board, Central Florida has already locked up a trio of in-state, three star forwards in Martin, Days and Kasey Wilson.
