Carter a Top Returnee for Collin
Kevin Carter, a 6-3, 185 pound swingman from Collin County C.C. in Plano, Tex., is the top returning player this fall for Head Coach Jim Sigona's Express program.
Carter impressed Rivalshoops.com with his fine overall play at the recent Mullen/Mitchell JUCO Jamboree in Texas. A good athlete who slashes the baseline effectively and wiggles into the lane on drives, Carter also has a nice stroke from the perimeter and legitimate three point range.

A qualifier out of Lake Highlands H.S. in Dallas, Kevin is the older brother of Illinois recruit Warren Carter, who is a member of the high school Class of 2003.
Carter told Rivalshoops.com that he has had contact this fall with programs such as Middle Tennessee State and Colorado State. Coach Sigona said that Utah State, Southland Conference and Sun Belt Conference level programs have also inquired about Kevin.
