Carl Elliot Qualifies

Carl Elliot, a physical 6'3'' 210 pound combo guard from Worcester Academy, has gained a qualifying SAT score.
Elliot just received the good news this weekend, when he found out that he notched a 980 on the test. With his core requirements shored up, Elliot's recruitment is sure to heat up.

Elliot, a native of Brooklyn who had signed a letter of intent with George Washington last year, has garnered interest from a wide variety of schools. Among those who have expressed interest include West Virginia, George Washington, UNC-Wilmington, Wisconsin-Green Bay, Rhode Island, and Richmond. None of those programs had offered, seemingly waiting for his academic situation to shake out. Well, it finally has.
Elliot has not yet taken any visits, but he may trek to George Washington sometime in the near future.
Carl is a competitor who brings excellent size to either guard slot. He has worked diligently in the weight room the past couple of years to hone his physique. Elliot was a running back as a football player last year at Trinity Pawling School in Pawling, New York. He is not afraid to bang and mix it up, and works hard on the defensive end. His size and athleticism have helped him to pitch in on the glass for Coach Mo Cassara's crew.
Carl is one of the better guards in the class of 2003 still on the board. Expect this list to expand over the next couple of weeks.
