As the high school season comes to a close around the country, the rosters for the national all-star games are being released. On Tuesday, the rosters for Jordan Brand Capital Classic were named. Dwight Howard, Josh Smith and Sebastian Telfair highlight the 2004 event.

Former Capital Classic Most Valuable Player Carmelo Anthony announced the rosters for the 2004 all-star game in Washington D.C. The game will be played at the University of Maryland’s Comcast Center on April 17, 2004 with a tip off slated for 7:30 p.m. EST. ESPN2 will televise the event.
