Cain could be close to decision

Damiene Cain has already taken a few visits, has a couple other schools in mind and the three-star power forward from North Hollywood (Calif.) Harvard Westlake said he could make a commitment sometime in the next week or so.
Cain, a 6-foot-7, 230-pound prospect, has visited Boston College, Colorado and San Diego State and said while things are "still up in the air" he's trying to finalize things to make a pledge maybe late next week.

He said no leader has emerged at this point.
"I'm trying to take all my visits or as many visits as I can and then I'll have more of a say so I can compare and see which one is the best fit," Cain said.
A trip to Hawaii might happen but Cain said he wasn't sure if there would be enough time for that to be scheduled.
On his Rivals.com database page, Cain lists Colorado, Hawaii and San Diego State with the highest interest and then has Boston College in the mix as well.
Colorado State, Northeastern, George Washington and UC-Santa Barbara have also offered and Cain said Penn State has recently gotten involved.
The Southern California power forward said he's also considering stops at Northeastern or Penn State before making his decision.
"Mainly, it's going to be location since I'm going to be there for four years but it's a combination of everything," Cain said. "Coaching staff and the team and my fit athletically are also going to play a factor."
