Byrant Markson May Need MRI

Bryant Markson, a 6-7, 190-pound forward from Monrovia High School in Monrovia, CA, told us he is probably going to have an MRI done on his right knee.
"I hurt it playing basketball," Markson said. "I hope I can be able to play this summer."

If he is, Markson is expected to be at the ADIDAS camp in early July. The camp is held in Teaneck, New Jersey. "I was there last year," Markson said. "I would love to be there again this year."
Markson said he has many schools recruiting him. But three that stand out right now to him are Arizona, Kansas, and Southern California. "I am way wide open," Markson said. "I am just hearing from many schools and reading the mail they send me."
Markson made a dramatic improvement in his offensive game from a year ago. As a sophomore, he averaged 12 points a game. Last year as a junior, he averaged 24 points a game, 11 rebounds, and almost six blocks.
"I was able to play more forward than center this past season," Markson said. "I feel more comfortable playing that position."
