Butler Moves to Another School

Today's Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Temple-bound Keith Butler, the 6-11, 240 pound center from Cambridge, Massachusetts, has switched schools. Butler started out this year at Celestial Prep but is now enrolled at Philadelphia Christian Academy. Interestingly, Darryl Scoffield, the head coach at Celestial, was at PCA last season.
Russ Blake reported in late November that while Butler had surpassed the SAT's 820 barrier, he still had work to do on his core grades. The Philadelphia Daily News added that he will concentrate solely on academics at Philadelphia Christian Academy.

The Massachusetts-native signed a National Letter of Intent with John Chaney's Temple Owls during the fall signing period. He choose the A10 school over Cincinnati. He had also visited Miami (FL), Illinois and North Carolina this past fall.
