Busy week ahead for five-star wing Johnson

Monday began college basketball's fall evaluation period. Coaches across the country will spend the coming weeks watching and meeting with top players in hopes of landing them. This week, nobody will be much busier than five-star Stanley Johnson.

The No. 3 player in the class of 2014, Johnson has quite a busy week of in-home visits ahead of him and he laid it out to Rivals.com via text Monday morning.
Getting the first in-home visit with the 6-foot-7 wing at Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei are Sean Miller and the Arizona Wildcats. Johnson heads to Tucson for an official visit on Friday, but first he'll meet with Miller and an assistant Monday evening.
On Tuesday, Johnson will double up on the in-home visits. He'll start off his day with a visit from Andy Enfield and USC -- Johnson took an unofficial to see the Trojans on Saturday. After his morning visit with USC, Johnson and his family will host Billy Donovan and the Florida Gators.
Wednesday is an off day for the punishing wing, but he's right back at it again on Thursday. That's when Bill Self of Kansas will be in and the Jayhawks are hoping to lock in a date for Johnson's official visit after his original visit date conflicted with USA Basketball's fall camp.
The other in-home that is currently set is with Kentucky for next Friday. Johnson expects Oregon and UCLA to also drop in and lock down dates for their in-home visits.
In addition to his official visit to Arizona this weekend, Johnson told Rivals.com that the only other visit set in stone is to Kentucky for their Big Blue Madness event on the weekend of October 18th. A visit to Florida had been set for Nov. 30th but will have to be reset due to the Gators having to travel to New York for a game.
Finally, Johnson confirmed that he has no plans to sign a letter of intent during the early signing period.
