With the first day of the late signing period upon us, Lyndale Burleson has made a decision about his future. The 6-foot-4, 185-pound shooting guard from Franklin High School in Seattle, WA., has given a commitment to Nevada. After taking an official visit to the Wolf Pack several months ago, Burleson decided it was the best situation for him.

"Yes, my son has given a commitment to Nevada,” Valerie Burleson said. “He visited Nevada several months and just loved everything about the program. The coaching staff did an excellent job recruiting Lyndale and showed an interest in my son from the very beginning.
“I also think Lyndale liked the situation because his brother attended Nevada, so he is very familiar with the surroundings,” she added. “Nate played football for the Wolf Pack, so Lyndale really knew a lot about the entire university.”
The three star shooting guard selected Nevada over the Washington Huskies.
