Brown Has Three Official Visits Set Up

Geoffrey Brown, a 6-10, 220 power forward/center from Sheridan J.C. in Wyoming, will take a trio of official visits this fall.
According to Sheridan Head Coach Brian Marso, Brown will definitely be taking fall trips to Texas Tech (Sept. 13-15), Wyoming (Sept. 6-8) and Long Beach State (Oct. 12-14).

In addition to those three schools, Saint Louis, Auburn and Southern Mississippi are also planning to come in on the first day possible this month to take a look at Brown, Marso said.
"He has a chance to be extremely good," Marso said. "He's long, he can block shots, finish in the post and run the floor. Once he figures out how to play at a certain level all of the time, he could be a game changer."
A native of St. Paul, Minn., Brown played his freshman year at Colby C.C. in Kansas. Although he ran into some academic difficulties at Colby, Brown spent this past summer in classes at Sheridan and should be eligible this winter.
He averaged 10.4 points and 8.4 rebounds per game last season for Colby.
