Brown a Top Returnee for Wabash

Quinnel Brown is perhaps the top returning player from last year's Wabash Valley J.C. squad that placed fourth at the NJCAA Tournament in March.
Brown, an attacking 6-5, 210 pound combo forward from Chicago, Ill., has gained quite a bit of attention thus far from Division I colleges.

According to Wabash Valley Head Coach Mark Nelson, Ball State, Creighton, Old Dominion, Georgia State and Arkansas State have shown the most interest in Brown.
Brown, who sat out last weekend's Vincennes JUCO Jamboree due to an elbow injury, is an athletic forward who gets quite a bit done around the basket. Coach Nelson said that Brown has improved his shooting skills over the past year, but is still fine tuning his ball handling skills for the Division I level.
Brown isn't expected to sign until the spring, and Rivalshoops.com will keep you up to date on his recruitment in the coming months, so stay tuned.
