Brewington Has Short List

Dwight Brewington, a 6-5 combo guard who will play for Worcester Academy in Massachusetts this upcoming season, will take a visit to Temple this weekend, according to head coach Mo Cassara.
Cassara also told us that Brewington is being recruited by Providence, South Carolina, North Carolina State, Arizona, Iowa State, and East Carolina. "He can be a point guard too, he's that good," Cassara told us. "He is much, much better than people think. He works so hard. He can get a shot anytime, and he is a 6'5" point. He can really go."

These are high words of praise for sure since Cassara had one of the best points last year in Jarrett Jack (now at Georgia Tech).
Brewington has already taken an unofficial visit to Connecticut. Brewington alerted recruiters to his game after having a great junior season. He averaged 24 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists a game.
