Brewer Taking More Visits

Ronnie Brewer (right), a 6-5, 190-pound shooting guard from Fayetteville High School in Fayetteville, Arkansas, told us that his trip to Oklahoma went well. "I had a good time sitting down with the coaches and talking about the offensive style," Brewer said. "I learned a lot about Oklahoma's system. I can see myself fitting in well there. But I am going to take more visits."
Brewer took his visit to Oklahoma with Longar Longar, a big man from the state of Minnesota. "He's a nice guy," Brewer said. "I think he is going to commit there (to Oklahoma)."

But Brewer isn't ready to make a decision. Brewer said he plans on visiting Connecticut this weekend and will also take a trip to Oklahoma State next weekend before making a decision. Brewer has already taken a trip to Arkansas. "That was a great trip too," Brewer said. "I like the coaches there and the players."
During the summer Brewer, who is rated 4-stars and the 11th best shooting guard in the nation by RivalsHoops.com, took unofficial visits to Arkansas (3 times), Oklahoma, Oklahoma State (3 times), Ole Miss and Kansas.
Brewer told us his top five are Arkansas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, UCONN, and Ole Miss. "I have been to Ole Miss already," Brewer said. "So my Oklahoma State trip will be my last."
Brewer averaged 26 points, nine rebounds, six assists, three steals and two blocks per game last season.
